Dear STEMpower families,

After much discussion and careful consideration, the STEMpower team has made the decision to cancel the STEMpower program for summer 2026.

This decision was not made lightly. With MetroWest Jewish Day School closing at the end of the current school year, Temple Beth Sholom welcoming new tenants into the building, and several snow days significantly impacting local school calendars, we were unfortunately unable to secure the space and scheduling needed to run the program successfully this summer.

We know many of your children were looking forward to STEMpower, and we share in that disappointment. One of the most special parts of STEMpower has always been the community of curious students, supportive families, and dedicated educators who come together each summer. We are deeply grateful for the trust and enthusiasm you have shown our program over the years.

Families who paid a deposit for the 2026 program will receive a full refund, which will be processed shortly.

But keep your eyes open! Although we are taking a pause this year, our hope is to find a new home and bring STEMpower back in summer 2027. We truly value this community and hope to see many of your families again in the future.

Thank you for being such an important part of STEMpower.

Warmly,

The STEMpower Team
