Te’enah had a wonderful trip to the Ecotarium yesterday! We saw so many animals including: an otter, a porcupine, a skunk, owls, a hawk, a turkey vulture, turtles and others. We learned about weather and climate and got to experience a simulated hurricane. We played with bubbles and had fun playing on the outdoor play equipment at the museum. We even had a picnic lunch!
In other exciting news we received our published poetry books through Scholastic and they are awesome.
Te’enah students learned about and made electrical circuits in science this week. Each group managed to light up a small light bulb with their circuits. We also are busy practicing our play about Anansi the Spider. We will be performing this for the lower school next Wednesday complete with props and sets.
Shabbat Shalom,
Hamorah Joanne
